Collection, processing and use of personal data

Access data/server log files

We automatically collect and save information that your browser transmits to us. This includes:

- browser type/version,

- operating system used,

- referrer URL (previously visited page),

- host name of the accessing computer (IP address),

- time of the server request,

- amount of data transferred and

- a message as to whether access was successful.

The IP addresses of users are deleted or anonymized after the end of use. In case of anonymization, the IP addresses are changed in such a way that individual details about personal or factual circumstances can no longer be assigned to a specific or identifiable natural person or can only be assigned with a disproportionately large amount of time, cost and manpower. We evaluate the data in the log files in anonymized form in order to further improve the website, to make it more user-friendly and to find and correct errors more quickly. In addition, this data is used to control server capacity so that appropriate data volumes can be made available if necessary.
