As the saying goes: We live where others go on vacation. We can only confirm this. The winter months in the heart of Salzburgerland are something very special - even for us. Winter in Salzburg means immersion in deep snow-covered, paradise like winter landscape... to come to rest and enjoy. There are no limits to your inventiveness during your winter vacation. Winter sports enthusiasts get their money's worth, whether skiing or snowboarding in one of Austria's largest ski areas, or tobogganing with the whole family. What you can expect in the winter

Ski room

No stress with your ski equipment! We have installed a lockable ski room for our guests in the garden area with storage facilities for skis and ski boots including a ski boot dryer for your use free of charge. Thus, the ski things are well stored and do not get in your way.

We lend you sledges and various winter toys

You don't have to bring everything with you on vacation. We can gladly provide you with toboggans and various winter toys such as slide blades on site free of charge. Saves annoying packing and unpacking and you can fully enjoy your time with us.

Fire table for barbecue

Barbecuing in winter might not be everyone's cup of tea - but kids will love a few marshmallows over the open fire. In any case our open fireplace is always romantic and inviting - cuddle up in front of the cozy warmth.

Electric cars welcome!

State-of-the-art comfort for you in our apartment house! Guests arriving by electric car can conveniently charge their car at our in-house charging station. So you can enjoy a carefree stay with us when it comes to mobility.
